At Allparts, we stand behind the quality of our electronic components and offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging. If you receive a defective part, we provide a full exchange or refund to ensure your tech projects stay on track.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Securely

  Place the electronic components in their original anti-static packaging and secure them in a padded box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
